In the event of a breakdown or if at any time a warning light is displayed, please stop the vehicle in a safe place and contact Land Rover Assistance. You can do this from inside the car by pressing and releasing the button cover located on the left side of the overhead console. Once you have called breakdown assistance and followed their instructions, please contact us via our chat service. Simply open the app and select HELP or visit our website to start a new chat.
Our chat service is manned 7 days a week, Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat-Sun 7am to 9pm. If you don’t hear from us straight away, please don’t panic, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
If your car hasn’t broken down, but you feel there is a technical issue such as a warning light, please contact us directly via our in-app or website chat service. If this is a simple issue, our agents will be able to help, and for anything else they will advise you to contact JLR roadside assistance as above.
Please note that if you suffer a tyre blowout or puncture whilst on rental, you would need to get this swapped for an exact tyre replacement. Sometimes it is useful to check nearby tyre fitters whilst waiting for roadside assistance to arrive.
