Collection at Westfield

What is it?

We are now offering collection from our carpark at Westfield. If delivery isn't ideal, you can collect from our friendly team instead.

How do I make a collection booking?

All you need to do is book through the app or the website.
Enter W12 7SL in the postcode section when booking and select Westfield shopping town from the dropdown.

Do I need to book in advance?

You need to give a minimum of 3 working hours notice for any bookings.
We make no promises but if you need the car sooner than this, please reach out to our customer support team via live chat and we will try our very best for you.

How does it work?

You book via web or app, go through verification and turn up to collect.
Once you book, our customer support team will send you an email containing pick up instructions and our fleet team will meet you for handover at the booked time.
