SEASON OF GIVING COMPETITION

Terms and Conditions

1. Participation – The Season of Giving Competition (“SOGC”) is offered for a limited time period commencing on or after 1st December through to 31st December 2024 (“SOGC Duration”) by Inmotion Ventures 3 Limited (trading as “THE OUT”) with its registered address at Abbey Road, Whitley, Coventry, England, CV3 4LF, with company number 10445040 (referred to as “Us”, “We”, “Our” or “THE OUT”). .
2. Requirement – We have collaborated with our partner brands to put together a total of twelve (12) giveaways (each a “Giveaway”) on Our Instagram page (@theout.uk) (“SMA”) during the SOGC Duration. Please be advised to keep an eye on Our SMA for the latest Giveaway during the SOGC Duration. In order to participate in the SOGC, you must: (a) follow Our SMA; (b) follow our partner’s social media account (as specified in the Instagram post on Our SMA for the relevant Giveaway); and (c) tag someone to Our Instagram post who you will be spending Christmas with (“SOGC Requirements”). Please note that you must complete all actions specified in the SOGC Requirements above in order to participate in the relevant Giveaway under the SOGC.
3. Entry Period – Please note that each Giveaway during the SOGC Duration shall remain active for a period of forty-eight (48) hours from the time that We post the relevant Giveaway on Our SMA (“Giveaway Period”). Any entries after the Giveaway Period for a relevant Giveaway will not be considered.
4. Prize – Each Giveaway during the SOGC Duration shall feature one (1) prize from the relevant partner and one (1) gift voucher from Us (as detailed below:

Partner Prize Terms and Conditions - Whilst the partner’s prize will be sent to you by Us, please note that the relevant partner terms and conditions as set out above shall apply to the redemption, use, quality and/or delivery of the goods and/or services to be rendered by the relevant partner. You hereby understand and agree that we will have no responsibility or liability in relation to the provision of any prize by a partner and that all correspondence in relation to the prize should be referred directly to the relevant partner.

Our Prize Terms and Conditions - With regards to Our prize forming part of a Giveaway during the SOGC Duration, our aggregate liability shall be limited to £100. In order to redeem Our prize forming part of the relevant Giveaway, please note that you must register an account with Us on Our website (Our website link is www.theout.com) prior to redeeming Our prize and that any vehicle which you rent from Us using our prize is subject to our rental terms and conditions (detailed here). Our prize is only applicable on rentals commencing after 1st January 2025. 

Other Requirements – In order to participate in the SGOC, you must be over 25 years of age and by entering the SGOC, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

Winner Selection – After the Giveaway Period for each relevant Giveaway, We will pick one (1) winner at random by using an online random comment selector tool.

Notification – Upon completion of the SOGC Requirements in the Giveaway Period, the winners of each Giveaway will be contacted via direct message on Instagram and asked to provide Us with their account details for THE OUT to redeem Our prize and a postal address for Us to send the partner prize. Please note that the winners of each Giveaway will have a period of five (5) days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to respond to Our direct message on Instagram to provide the abovementioned details otherwise We reserve the right to select another winner for the respective Giveaway.

Limitations - You may participate in any and all Giveaways of your choosing as many times as you like but please note that you can only win one (1) Giveaway under the SOGC and that we reserve the right to select an alternative winner using the online random comment selector tool if you have been selected to win more than one (1) Giveaway. Our employees are excluded from the SOGC.
