Eligibility

You are required to be present to meet our delivery or collection drivers within a 2-hour window before or after your scheduled time. The flexibility of delivery and collection can only be determined by THE OUT when the updated time slot is provided and agreed with the customer.
If you are unavailable or not present at the updated delivery or collection time, additional fees may apply, and you could be charged the original rental fee before any discounts were applied.

Notice of Delivery / Collection changes:

For bookings made more than 24 hours before the rental start date, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice if the delivery or collection time changes from your originally selected time.
For bookings made within 24 hours of the rental start date, we will provide at least 3 hours' notice if the delivery or collection time changes from your originally selected time.

No additional notification:

If delivery or collection occurs at your originally scheduled time, no further notice will be given.

Discount details:

A 5% discount applies to the cost of vehicle rental only. This discount does not cover excess waiver fees, delivery fees, or the vehicle rental deposit.

This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or credits. Only one discount code can be used at checkout.

Please only use this promo code if you can commit to being available during the required period. If you cannot, you may be charged the original rental fee plus any applicable fees.

Currently, there is no set end date for this promotion. However, we may terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
