How do credits work?

You can earn credits on your account by recommending friends and family. Let's use an example. You shared your unique code with a friend and they've completed their first booking. You automatically get £50 credited to your account. Nice. 

There’s no limit to how many people you can share your code with, and no limit to the amount of credit you can earn. And, our credits have no expiry date, so you can't lose them.

Any credit you earned will go towards your next booking. For example, you have a £100 credit and you make a booking for £195, we then only charge you £95, i.e. £195 for the rental less your £100 credit. Clear as mud.

You can also earn credits by keeping your eye on different promotions throughout the year. In general, we don't offer any discounts on request, but you can check to see if we have any exclusive offers available by visiting our exclusive offers page.
Otherwise, the price you see on our website/app is the best we can offer.

Please note, you can only use your credits on bookings. Credits do not cover fuel, damages or anything else.

Viewing your credit balance is easy. Simply head to the app or website and go into your PROFILE section. At the top, you will see your credit amount highlighted in purple.
