We will always endeavour to provide you with the exact car you have booked. In the very unlikely circumstance that we can't provide the car on booking, we will look to swap this to a like for like vehicle and let you know before the rental begins. In the further unlikely event that we are unable to provide the vehicle you booked, we do reserve the right to cancel the booking and provide a refund for rental. If we need to do this, we will give you the most notice possible.
