It’s not possible to reduce the deposit you need to pay for rental, however you can reduce your liability to zero.
If you opt for the ‘damage waiver,’ this reduces your damage liability to zero. However, the deposit is still pre-authorised for the duration of the rental and refunded once the car is returned to us.
If you don't select the damage waiver or do not meet the eligibility criteria, there is no option to reduce your deposit liability.
Please note that the deposit must be taken from the same card in which the booking was made, we can't hold the deposit on a different payment method.
