You may want to extend your rental for another day, or another few hours. We will always try to accommodate the extension, however this may not always be guaranteed.
Up to 3 hours before your booking starts, you can go into the app and amend your booking. Any time after this and during your rental, please open the app or website and chat to the support team who will be able to do this for you.
If you give us less than 3h notice within London zones 1-5, less than 5 hours notice for 'M' or 'SK9' postcodes, or less than 24 hours notice outside of our free delivery zones, you will incur a Late Extension Fee of £100 plus any additional time will be charged at the applicable daily rental rate.
Up to 3 hours before your booking starts, you can change the end time to shorten your trip free of charge.
If you're already on a trip and you would like to bring back the vehicle earlier, please open the website or app and chat to the Support Team who will be able to help you. We will always try to accommodate a request to shorten a booking, but we do need as much notice as possible to give us the best chance to action the request.
Please note if shortening your booking once your rental has commenced, you must still pay the full rental fees for the duration of the rental period set out in your booking confirmation.
