Handover

You will receive an SMS once our driver leaves for the delivery or collection, and you will be able to track the driver from there. You will then receive another SMS once the driver arrives at your chosen location.

We will deliver your car to the location at the requested time as per your booking confirmation email.

Please note, the car can only be handed over to the main driver on the booking. You must have your driving licence and payment card with you to confirm your identity. Due to insurance restrictions, we cannot hand over cars to additional drivers on the booking.

Our delivery driver will always try to find a spot that is safe and let you know. Once the car has been handed over, it is your responsibility to make sure the car is parked legally and any parking restrictions are obeyed by.
