Once our driver is on route for your delivery or collection, you'll receive an SMS notification. From there, you can easily track the driver's progress. Another SMS will follow once the driver arrives at your chosen location.
Your car will be delivered to the specified location at the agreed time as per your booking confirmation email. Just remember, we can only hand over the car to the main driver listed on the booking. Be sure to have your driving license and payment card handy for identity confirmation. Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, we're unable to hand over cars to additional drivers on the booking.
Our driver will take a photo of you with your driving licence on delivery, as well as images of the car condition. This quick step helps us verify identity and maintain the security of our vehicles. Rest assured, your privacy remains our priority, and all data will be handled securely. We will refuse to hand over the vehicle if this requirement is not met and you might be charged for the rental in full and you shall not be entitled to any refund.
Our delivery driver will always try to find a spot that is safe and let you know. Once the car has been handed over, it is your responsibility to make sure the car is parked legally and any parking restrictions are obeyed by.
