Guaranteed Car Replacement

As a member of THE OUT UNLOCKED, you are guaranteed a car replacement for any mechanical or warranty issues.

Once you contact JLR roadside assistance, and they confirm the issue with the vehicle is a mechanical/warranty issue, then we can arrange recovery of the car and provide you with a guaranteed replacement within 12 working hours, anywhere in the UK (excluding Scottish Highlands, Islands & NI)*

*Please note that our guaranteed replacement will be 48 hours on Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day. 
On any other bank holiday, this will be 24 hours. 
On all other days of the year, we guarantee 12 working hours.
