Cancelling a Booking
To cancel a booking, please contact our concierge team. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time will incur a cancellation fee, as per our standard terms.

Cancelling Your Membership
Within the First 14 Days: You can cancel during the 14-day cooling-off period by contacting our concierge team. Please note that any free rental days or discounts used within this period will be chargeable.
After the cooling-off period: To cancel your membership, contact our concierge team at least 14 days before your next payment is due.
