What happens if I leave something behind at the end of my rental?

It is your responsibility to check the vehicle at the end of your rental to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.
We do know that things happen from time to time, and If we find one of your items in the vehicle at the end of rental, we will email or contact you via the chat to let you know that we have your item in our carpark.

You can then arrange a suitable time to collect this from our carpark within our operational hours, or we can arrange to post the item back to you within a few working days.

If we do need to post this item, a £15 admin fee plus postage and packaging, will apply. We charge this to the original payment method on the booking.

We will only hold on to lost/left behind items for a maximum of 3 months, and after this time, the items would be disposed of.

What happens if I don't return something at end of my rental?

If the vehicle has a missing part or accessory (eg. parcel shelf, steering lock, phone cable) at the end of rental, we will email or message you to let you know, and you must arrange for this to be returned to our team within 48 hours.

We can arrange to collect the missing item from you, however a collection fee based on your location will apply, plus a £30 admin fee.

Failure to arrange return will result in the missing item cost charged to your original payment method, plus a £30 admin fee.
