You may want to extend your rental for another day, or another few hours. We will always try to accommodate the extension, however this may not always be guaranteed. 

Up to 3 hours before your booking starts, you can go into the app and amend your booking. Any time after this and during your rental, please open the app and chat to the support team who will be able to do this for you. 

If you give us less than 3h notice (or less than 24 hours notice outside of London zones 1-5), you will incur a Late Extension Fee of £100 plus any additional time will be charged at the applicable daily rental rate.
