Up to 3 hours before your start your booking you can change the end date if you need the vehicle for longer. If you are on a trip and  you need to extend your booking, please open the app and chat to the Support Team who will be able to help you.

If you give us less than 3 hours' notice, you will incur a Late Extension Fee of £50 plus any additional time will be charged at the applicable daily rental rate

Our drivers work on a tight schedule, and extensions are subject to availability, so during particularly busy times you may not be able to extend your booking.
